Pre-Development Activities definition

Pre-Development Activities has the meaning set forth in Section 4(a) below. “Pre-Development Budget” has the meaning set forth in Section 4(a) below. “Pre-Development Expenses” has the meaning set forth in Section 4(a) below. “Preliminary Plans” has the meaning set forth in Section 5(b)(i) below.

More Definitions of Pre-Development Activities

Pre-Development Activities means the activities that must be undertaken prior to submitting a school facilities project application to the Department of Education for approval and calculation of preliminary eligible costs, as defined at N.J.S.A. 18A:7G-3. Such activities may also include:
Pre-Development Activities means (a) the preparation of plans and specifications with respect to the construction and development of the HOFV Project and the improvement of the HOFV Site, (b) activities in respect of permitting and similar approval requirements in connection with the construction and development of the HOFV Project and the improvement of the HOFV Site, (c) demolition, grading and preliminary preparation and foundation work in respect of the HOFV Project and the HOFV Site (including environmental remediation work with respect thereto), (d) the purchase of steel, concrete and other materials to be used in the development of the HOFV Project, (e) the purchase and acquisition of the Future Acquired Properties and and (f) lot splits, consolidations and vacations in connection with the foregoing.
Pre-Development Activities means those activities identified as such in Project Stage 3 of the Gated Process Template.

Related to Pre-Development Activities

  • Development Activities means any activity, including the discharge of dredged or fill material, which results directly in a more than de minimus change in the hydrologic regime, bottom contour, or the type, distribution or diversity of hydrophytic vegetation, or which impairs the flow, reach, or circulation of surface water within wetlands or other waters;
