Pre-Contractual Statement definition

Pre-Contractual Statement means a draft agreement, undertaking, representation, warranty, promise, assurance or arrangement of any nature whatsoever, whether or not in writing, relating to this Agreement made or given by a Party to this Agreement or any other person at any time prior to the date of this Agreement.
Pre-Contractual Statement means any statement, undertaking, promise, assurance, warranty or understanding, or any representation or misrepresentation (whether contractual or non-contractual, or made innocently), made before the time at which this agreement is entered into, to or by any person (whether or not in writing), that is not set out in a Transaction Document.
Pre-Contractual Statement means any undertaking, promise, assurance, statement, representation or warranty (whether in writing or not) of any person relating to the Employment which is not expressly set out in this Agreement or any documents referred to in it;
