Pre-Construction Notice definition

Pre-Construction Notice means the notice submitted by the Developer to the Council on or before the Construction Commencement Date, in accordance with clause 5.2.1 of this Agreement, including the matters specified in clause 5.2.2 of this Agreement.
Pre-Construction Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01 of this Agreement.

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Commence Construction means that an owner or operator has either undertaken a continuous program of construction or has entered into a contractual obligation to undertake and complete, within a reasonable time, a continuous program of construction.
