Pre-Configured SAP Template definition

Pre-Configured SAP Template means each of the AOC’s templated configurations of the ERP Software in accordance with the relevant Functional Blueprint either existing on the Effective Date, or as may be developed during the Term, as each such templated configuration may be modified pursuant to the Installation Services and Configuration Services hereunder.
