Definition of Pre-Completion Reorganisation


Pre-Completion Reorganisation means the sale of the entire issued share capital of DOGL from the Founders to DOL pursuant to the DOGL SPA;

Between the date of this Sale and Purchase Agreement and Completion, the Seller may procure that the relevant members of the Seller Group and the Target Companies shall implement any of the steps set out in the Pre-Completion Reorganisation in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 8.
The reorganisation teams shall hold joint meetings (by telephone or otherwise) at regular intervals (but no less frequently than twice a month) to discuss progress in relation to the Pre-Completion Reorganisation and the transfer of the Minor Units.
