  1. Pre -Closing Offsite Environmental Liability means any Loss arising out of Environmental Laws, to the extent resulting from the Release of Hazardous Substances from, at or to any property owned by a third party and transported by or on behalf of the Seller prior to the Closing Date to such third party property for the purpose of disposal, storage or treatment.
