Pre-Closing Net Working Capital definition

Pre-Closing Net Working Capital shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a)(viii).
Pre-Closing Net Working Capital means the Target Net Working Capital as of the Determination Time on September 30, 2020.
Pre-Closing Net Working Capital means the Net Working Capital as of a date no more than one (1) month prior to the Closing Date, as delivered by the Company to Parent no later than five (5) days before the Closing Date.
