Definition of Pre-Closing Capital Contributions


Pre-Closing Capital Contributions means all accounts payable and pre-Closing capital contributions made by Seller prior to Closing.

Not later than 180 days after consultation with Buyer, Seller shall deliver to Buyer a revised settlement statement showing in reasonable detail its calculation of the items described in the definition of Pre-Closing Capital Contributions along with other adjustments or payments contemplated in this Agreement (said revised statement and the calculation thereof shall be referred to as the "Final Settlement Statement").
