Definition of Pre-Assignment Expenses


Pre-Assignment Expenses means Lewis Pre-Assignment Expenses and the Limoneira Pre-Assignment Expenses, collectively.

Examples of Pre-Assignment Expenses in a sentence

Each of the Capital Account and the Unreturned Additional Account Balance of Lewis shall be credited with the amount of the Lewis Pre-Assignment Expenses as of the Effective Date.
Each of the Capital Account and Unreturned Additional Contribution Balance of Limoneira shall be credited with the amount of the Limoneira Pre-Assignment Expenses as of the Effective Date.
The Limoneira Pre-Assignment Expenses shall be treated as Approved Project Costs.

As of the Effective Date, the balance standing in Limoneira's Capital Account is equal to the amount set forth opposite such Member's name on Exhibit B under the column labeled "Capital Account."
