Pre-Arrangement Reorganization definition

Pre-Arrangement Reorganization has the meaning set forth under Section 5.18;

Pre-Arrangement Reorganization means the preliminary transactions to reorganize the business of Brookfield Corporation (formerly known as Brookfield Asset Management Inc.) that have been undertaken to facilitate the Arrangement;

Pre-Arrangement Reorganization means the transactions and actions for certain reorganizations and the transfer of the assets and liabilities of the Corporation and its Subsidiaries relating to the Asset Management Business to the Asset Management Company, as further described in the Corporation Disclosure Letter.
