Pre-application definition
Pre-application means discussions taking place before a decision is made, not simply those prior to an application being submitted. “Pre-Application Discussions” means such discussions where a Member actively participates in exploring the merits of a proposed development and does not encompass the mere receipt of representations in favour or against a proposal. “Minor Development” means development falling within either of the following two categories:-
Pre-application means a draft form of a development application;
