Pre-AJCA Account definition

Pre-AJCA Account means a Pre-AJCA DIP Account or a Pre-AJCA Ex-CAP Account.

  • Benefits from a Participant’s Pre-AJCA Account shall, upon the Participant’s termination of employment with the Company for reasons other than Retirement, Disability or death (Section 5.2), be paid in one lump sum or five yearly installments, notwithstanding the pay-out election on the Participant’s Written Election.

  • A Participant may change the date or form of distribution as to his Pre-AJCA Account by submitting a new Written Election to the Plan Committee, provided that such change is submitted at least ninety (90) days prior to the original date of distribution, the new date of distribution is subsequent to the original date of distribution, and only one such change may be made after the original election.

  • Subsidy Account If the Trust Estate contains any Subsidy Loans, the deposit account or accounts created and maintained by the Servicer for deposit of Subsidy Funds and amounts payable under interest subsidy agreements relating to mortgage loans other than the Mortgage Loans.
