Definition of Pre-2008 Matching Elective Contributions Account

  1. Pre-2008 Matching Elective Contributions Account means the Account of a Participant to which are credited any Matching Elective Contributions allocated to the Participant under Section 3.1(e) of this Plan, with respect to Plan Years beginning before December 31, 2007 (and also for the period from January 31, 2008 through March 31, 2008 in the case of Aberdeen Hourly Employees).

  1. A Participant who has attained the age of 55 years may withdraw (a) all or a portion of his Pre-2008 Matching Elective Contributions Account and (b) an amount equal to the value of the Discretionary Contributions Account as of December 31, 2012.
