Definition of Pre-2005 Accounts


Pre-2005 Accounts means an Account (or subaccount hereof) established with respect to sums deferred and credited hereunder and becoming vested and nonforfeitable prior to January 1, 2005, including interest credited thereto as provided in Section 3.3.

Examples of Pre-2005 Accounts in a sentence

This Section 5.1 shall be effective as of January 1, 2005, and shall only apply to Pre-2005 Accounts.
