PRC Laws means any and all laws, regulations, statutes, rules, decrees, notices, and supreme court’s judicial interpretations currently in force and publicly available in the PRC as of the date hereof.
PRC Laws means all applicable national, provincial and local laws, regulations, rules, notices, orders, decrees and judicial interpretations of the PRC currently in effect and publicly available on the date of this opinion.
PRC Laws refers to the laws, administrative regulations, administrative rules, local regulations, judicial interpretations and other binding regulatory instruments of China then in effect.

No waiver or grace by the Pledgee of any breach of the Pledgors, or any delay of the Pledgee in exercising its right under the Transaction Agreements and this Agreement, shall affect the Pledgee’s right under this Agreement, relevant PRC Laws and the Transaction Agreements to request the Pledgors to strictly perform the Transaction Agreements and this Agreement at any time, or any right enjoyed by the Pledgee due to any subsequent breach by the Pledgors of the Transaction Agreements and/or this Agreement.
If the minimum price permitted by the current PRC Laws is higher than the above amount, the minimum price shall apply.
More Definitions of PRC Laws
PRC Laws means the then effective laws, administrative regulations, administrative rules, local regulations, judicial interpretations and other binding regulatory documents of the People’s Republic of China (solely for the purpose of this Agreement, the term “PRC” does not include Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region and Taiwan).

(“Ucommune Venture”), Beijing Ubazaar Technology Co., Ltd. ( “U Bazaar”), and Beijing Weixue Tianxia Education Technology Co., Ltd. (“Weixue Tianxia”) collectively. VIE Contracts means the agreements listed in Annex A hereto.
PRC Laws means any treaty, statute, act, law, rule, regulation and regulatory documents publicly announced by the PRC governments (including the central, provincial, municipal and local governments), and the amendments, additions, and interpretations made at any time with respect to these laws.
