PRC Law definition

PRC Law means the then valid laws, administrative regulations, administrative rules, local regulations, judicial interpretations and other binding regulatory documents of the People’s Republic of China.
PRC Law means all applicable laws, regulations, rules, orders, decrees, guidelines, judicial interpretations and other legislations of the PRC in effect and available to the public on the date of this Opinion;

More Definitions of PRC Law

PRC Law means the then current PRC laws, regulations, rules, local stipulations, interpretations and other normative documents with binding force.
