Praxair Contract definition

Praxair Contract means the Industrial Sale Contract identified as the Praxair Contract in Exhibit A to the Contracts Assignment, as the same may have been amended prior to the date hereof.
Praxair Contract shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the definition of "Colorado Springs Liabilities".
