Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.
Associated Procedures means those procedures and/or statements that have been adopted by the Underwriter, the Adviser, a Fund or the Compliance Department, and which are designed to supplement this Code and its provisions.
Practice of architecture means professional services, such as consultation, investigation, evaluation, planning, design, or review of material and completed phases of work in construction, alteration, or repair in connection with a public or private structure, building, equipment, works, or project if the professional service requires the application of a principle of architecture or architectural design.
Practice agreement means an agreement described in section 17047, 17547, or 18047.
Current Good Manufacturing Practices or “cGMP” means applicable Good Manufacturing Practices as specified in the United States Code of Federal Regulations and/or the EU Good Manufacturing Guidelines, and any successor legislation from time to time, prevailing at the time of the manufacture of the Product.
Practices means that the practice(s) seems like a logical approach to addressing a specific behavior which is becoming distinct, recognizable among Clients and clinicians in practice, or innovators in academia or policy makers; and at least one recognized expert, group of researchers or other credible individuals have endorsed the practice as worthy of attention based on outcomes; and finally, it produces specific outcomes.
Rules of order and procedure means a set of rules that govern and prescribe in a public meeting:
Practice of pharmacy means providing pharmacist care requiring specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill derived from the principles of biological, chemical, behavioral, social, pharmaceutical, and clinical sciences. As used in this division, "pharmacist care" includes the following:
Elective Treatment and Procedures means any medical treatment or surgical procedure that is not medically necessary, including any service, treatment, or supplies that are deemed by the federal, or a state or local government authority, or by Us to be research or experimental or that is not recognized as a generally accepted medical practice.
Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion made to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Warrant Agent, it being understood that neither preparation and issuance shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition;
Clinical practice guidelines means a systematically developed statement to assist

Good Manufacturing Practices means current good manufacturing practices, as set forth in 21 C.F.R. Parts 210 and 211.
Practice of acupuncture means the stimulation of certain points on or near the surface of the body
Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;
Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
Bidding Procedures means the bidding procedures approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Bidding Procedures Order.
Procedures shall collectively mean DST’s transfer agency procedures manual, third party check procedures, checkwriting draft procedures, Compliance + and identity theft programs and signature guarantee procedures;
AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.
Prudent Operating Practice means the mining practices, methods and acts that would be employed by a prudent mining operator having assets and operations similar in type, size, location and scope to Borrower, using modern mining equipment and techniques in the conduct of diligent and safe mining operations in an attempt to recover the maximum amount of economically mineable and merchantable coal from the Mining Facilities with due regard for all Applicable Law, all in accordance and compliance with Environmental or Mining Permits held by Borrower.
Practice of medicine means the clinical prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of human disease, injury, or condition requiring a physician to obtain and maintain a license in compliance with the medical practice act of a member state.
SOPs has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(b).
Practice of medicine or osteopathic medicine means the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of
