  • Upon the effective date of any such reduction or termination, Ryder PR shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the pro rata accounts of the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, the full amount of the accrued and unpaid PR Facility Fee on the amount of such reduction.

  • All such payments shall be made together with any and all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, the accrued and unpaid Domestic Facility Fee, Canadian Facility Fee, U.K. Facility Fee and the PR Facility Fee with respect thereto, and any other fees and other amounts owing hereunder.
