The COVID-19 Unintended Outcomes Assessment, funded by USAID’s Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning (PPL), was designed to determine the extent to which USAID’s programming, financed by COVID-19 funds, reflected the Agency’s commitment to inclusive development and gender equality, and to identify programmatic recommendations towards mitigating harm and exclusion in current and future programming.
The estimated time to complete the scope of work is 12-18 months after the PJM three-party Interconnection Service Agreement (ISA) and Interconnection Construction Service Agreement (ICSA) are signed and PPL EU receives Notice to Proceed from the IC.
During the Facilities Study phase, PPL EU and the IC will review land development activities, and the IC may choose to perform some, or all, of these activities.
PPL EU assumes strands of this fiber will be used for the independent communication pathway.
