PPIC Financial Statements definition

PPIC Financial Statements means, collectively, (a) the audited statutory financial statements of PPIC which comprise the statutory statements of admitted assets, liabilities and capital and surplus as of December 31, 2014, and the related statutory statements of revenues and expenses, changes in capital and surplus and cash flows for the year then ended and the related notes thereto; (b) the audited statutory financial statements of PPIC which comprise the statutory statements of admitted assets, liabilities and capital and surplus as of December 31, 2015, and the related statutory statements of revenues and expenses, changes in capital and surplus and cash flows for the year then ended and the related notes thereto; (c) the financial statements of PPIC required to be filed with the OCI during 2014, 2015 and 2016; (d) the unaudited statutory financial statements of PPIC which comprise the statements of admitted assets, liabilities and capital and surplus as of December 31, 2016, and the related statements of revenues and expenses, changes in capital and surplus and cash flows for the year then ended; and (e) the Interim PPIC Financial Statements required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.10(a).
