PPAC Gas Price Ceiling definition

PPAC Gas Price Ceiling means the ceiling price of domestic natural gas as notified by Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) from time to time, pursuant to Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas notification O-22013/27/2012-ONG-D-V (Vol- II) dated 21.3.2016 on “Marketing including pricing freedom for the gas to be produced from Discoveries in Deepwater, Ultra Deepwater and High Pressure – High Temperature areas”.
PPAC Gas Price Ceiling means the ceiling price of domestic natural gas as notified by Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) from time to time, pursuant to Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas notification O-22013/27/2012-ONG-D-V (Vol-II) dated 21.3.2016 on “Marketing including pricing freedom for the gas to be produced from Discoveries in Deepwater, Ultra Deepwater and High Pressure – High Temperature areas”.
PPAC Gas Price Ceiling means the ceiling price of domestic natural gas as notified by Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) from time to time, pursuant to Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas notification O-22013/27/2012- ONG-D-V (Vol-II) dated 21.3.2016 on “Marketing including pricing freedom for the gas to be produced from Discoveries in Deepwater, Ultra Deepwater and High Pressure – High Temperature areas”. For avoidance of doubt, if calculated sales Gas price is less than Floor Price then the Floor price shall apply. If it is more than Floor Price, the calculated sales Gas price shall apply.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Heat input rate means the amount of heat input (in mmBtu) divided by unit operating time (in hours) or, with regard to a specific fuel, the amount of heat input attributed to the fuel (in mmBtu) divided by the unit operating time (in hours) during which the unit combusts the fuel.

  • Day-ahead Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Heat Rate means the quantity of BTU’s consumed to produce a kilowatt-hour of energy, calculated as follows:

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Total Contract Price means the total set out in "Tender Document Form: Contract Prices".

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Contract Price means the price payable to the supplier under the contract for the full and proper performance of his contractual obligations.

  • Volume Commitment means the agreed upon Customer commitment to purchase, and may be described as an Annual Volume Commitment, Total Volume Commitment, Tiered Volume Commitment, or Subminimum Volume Commitment.
