PowerSource Products and Services definition

PowerSource Products and Services means those telephones that Sprint PCS elects to market under the PowerSource brand name that provide voice and data capabilities on the Sprint PCS Network and push to talk capability on the iDEN Network operated by Related Parties of Sprint PCS (“PowerSource Phones”), together with the wireless services accessible from a PowerSource Phone that use the iDEN Network and accessories for the PowerSource Phones.

Related to PowerSource Products and Services

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.
