Power Units definition

Power Units means the calculation of the number of Central Processing Units ("CPU's") per Server multiplied by the number of Servers multiplied by the megahertz (MHz) of the highest processor.

Related to Power Units

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.
