Power Supply System means the connection, transmission, metering and conduction equipment relating to the internal Power distribution system of the Railway, including all substitutions, reinstatements, replacements, renewals thereof and modifications thereto;

Power Supply System shall not include (1) any properties or interest in properties of the Member, except with respect to any contract rights the Agency may have in such properties pursuant to any contract between the Member and the Agency other than this Contract, and (2) any properties or interest in properties of the Agency which the Board of Directors determines shall not constitute a part of the Power Supply System for the purposes of the Power Supply Contracts with the Participating Members.
