Power Supply Business definition

Power Supply Business means an electric power or thermal energy generation or cogeneration facility or related facilities, or an electric power transmission, distribution, fuel supply and fuel transportation facilities, or any combination thereof (all subject to relevant security, if any, under related project financing arrangements), together with its or their related power supply, thermal energy and fuel contracts as well as other contractual arrangements with customers, suppliers and contractors.
Power Supply Business means an electric power or thermal energy generation or cogeneration facility or related facilities, or electric power transmission, distribution, fuel supply and fuel transportation facilities, or any combination thereof (all subject to relevant security interests, if any, under related project financing arrangements), together with its or their related power supply, thermal energy and fuel contracts as well as other contractual arrangements with customers, suppliers and contractors.
Power Supply Business means power procurement through power generation, transmission, distribution and sale to consumers.
