Power Purchase Resource definition

Power Purchase Resource means a purchase of capacity and energy or energy by the Seller with a contract term greater than one (1) year, as changed as a result of any Resource Modification except to the extent that such Resource Modification is treated as a separate Resource under Section 3.3.2(d). Any portion of a Resource Modification to a Power Purchase Resource that is treated as a separate Resource under Section 3.3.2(d) shall be considered as a separate Power Purchase Resource.
Power Purchase Resource means a purchase of capacity and energy or energy by the Seller with a contract term greater than one (1) year.

Related to Power Purchase Resource

  • Power Purchaser means the entity that is purchasing the capacity and energy to be transmitted under the Tariff.

  • Power Purchase Agreement or "PPA"" shall mean this Power Purchase Agreement including its recitals and Schedules, amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Shareholder-Initiated Transfer Purchase means a transaction that is initiated or directed by a Shareholder that results in a transfer of assets within a Contract to a Fund, but does not include transactions that are executed: (i) automatically pursuant to a contractual or systematic program or enrollment such as transfer of assets within a Contract to a Fund as a result of “dollar cost averaging” programs, insurance company approved asset allocation programs, or automatic rebalancing programs; (ii) pursuant to a Contract death benefit; (iii) one-time step-up in Contract value pursuant to a Contract death benefit; (iv) allocation of assets to a Fund through a Contract as a result of payments such as loan repayments, scheduled contributions, retirement plan salary reduction contributions, or planned premium payments to the Contract; or (v) pre-arranged transfers at the conclusion of a required free look period.

  • Master Purchase Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Micro-purchase means a purchase of supplies or services, the aggregate amount of which does not exceed the micro-purchase threshold. Micro-purchases comprise a subset of a district's small purchases as defined in 2 C.F.R. 200.320.

  • SRS means the scheme referred to by the Ministry of Finance as the Supplementary Retirement Scheme or such other scheme as shall replace or supersede the Supplementary Retirement Scheme from time to time.

  • Cogeneration unit means a unit that is able to operate in cogeneration mode;

  • Other Purchasers is defined in Section 2.

  • Class I renewable energy means electric energy produced from

  • Dynamic Purchasing System means a completely electronic process for making commonly used purchases of items generally available on the market;

  • Power Pool means the scheme operated by the Independent System Operator under the Act for exchange of Energy and financial settlement for the exchange of Energy;

  • Unit Purchase Agreement means the Common Unit and Class B Unit Purchase Agreement, dated as of December 1, 2006, among the Partnership and the purchasers named therein.

  • Renewable energy means the grid quality electricity generated from renewable energy sources;

  • Noteholder Purchase Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 12.

  • SCD means current City of Winnipeg Parks Planning Standard Construction Detail Drawings.

  • Excess Energy has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a)(i). [For As-Available Product only]

  • Station Power means energy used for operating the electric equipment on the site of a generation facility located in the PJM Region or for the heating, lighting, air-conditioning and office equipment needs of buildings on the site of such a generation facility that are used in the operation, maintenance, or repair of the facility. Station Power does not include any energy (i) used to power synchronous condensers; (ii) used for pumping at a pumped storage facility; (iii) used in association with restoration or black start service; or (iv) that is Direct Charging Energy.

  • Class II renewable energy means electric energy produced at a

  • Micro-purchase threshold means the dollar amount at or below which a district may purchase property or services using micro-pur- chase procedures. Generally, the micro-purchase threshold for pro- curement activities administered under federal awards is not to ex- ceed the amount set by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) at 48 C.F.R. Part 2, Subpart 2.1 [see below], unless a higher threshold is requested by the district and approved by the cogni- zant agency for indirect costs.

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the generation interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and PGE, providing for the construction, operation, and maintenance of interconnection facilities required to accommodate deliveries of Seller's Net Output.

  • Solar energy means the sun used as the sole source of energy for producing electricity.

  • Statewide popular election means a general election in which

  • Limited Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year, a difference between the clearing price for Limited Demand Resources and the clearing price for Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Extended Summer Demand Resources or Annual Resources out of merit order when the Limited Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Solar renewable energy certificate or "SREC" means a
