Definition of Power Purchase Agreements


Power Purchase Agreements means, collectively, (i) the Power Purchase Agreement, dated as of June 28, 2013, between B&H and Buyer, as assigned by B&H to the Project Company pursuant to that Power Purchase Agreements Assignment and Assumption Agreement, dated as of August 19, 2014 (the "PPA Assignment"), as amended by that Amendment No. 1 to the Power Purchase and Sale Agreement, dated as of April 15, 2015 and (ii) the Power Purchase Agreement, dated as of December 17, 2013, by and between B&H and Buyer, as assigned by B&H to the Project Company pursuant to PPA Assignment, as amended by that Amendment No. 1 to the Power Purchase and Sale Agreement, dated as of April 15, 2015 (the "39MW PPA").

Power Purchase Agreements means the Empire PPA, the MJMEUC PPA, the SMEPA PPA and the SWECI PPA.

Examples of Power Purchase Agreements in a sentence

SMUD has a long term purchase agreement with Western, a PMA, to purchase hydroelectric power generated by the Central Valley Project (see POWER SUPPLY AND TRANSMISSION Power Purchase Agreements Western), and a long term transmission agreement with Western to bring deliveries over the California Oregon Transmission Project (COTP) to SMUD (see POWER SUPPLY AND TRANSMISSION Transmission Service Agreements Western Area Power Administration).
At the end of the period of 90 days, unless the parties have agreed otherwise or if the event of default has been corrected, the aggrieved party may require to exercise its full rights of compensation/replacement, as the case may be for each party, of the defaulting party in accordance with the provisions of the Concession Agreements and/or Power Purchase Agreement(s), if it will proceed with the termination of same.
Any agreement, contract or binding obligation with regard to any Project, whether existing now or in the future, other than Land Contracts, Interconnection Agreements, and Power Purchase Agreements, including, without limitation, (a) any donation agreement; (b) any PILOT (payment in lieu of taxes) agreement; (c) any road maintenance agreement; (d) any decommissioning agreement; (e) any transmission easements; (f) access easements, and (g) substation use agreements.
Mini-Bid RFP Pricing Power Purchase Agreements may have a flat or escalating kWh rate at the discretion of the Authorized User.
This Contract establishes Centralized Contracts to provide Solar Power Purchase Agreements to Authorized Users on a statewide basis.
