Power Program definition

Power Program means all of the Borrower’s activities relating to the generation, acquisition, transmission, distribution, and disposition of power, and to the construction, acquisition, leasing, operation, maintenance, administration, disposition, and rental of properties which are used or held for use therefor, including multiple-purpose properties in the proportion that multiple-purpose costs are allocated to power (hereinafter referred to as the “Power Properties”).
Power Program means all of the Corporation’s activities relating to the generation, acquisition, transmission, distribution, and disposition of power, and to the construction, acquisition, leasing, operation, maintenance, administration, disposition, and rental of properties which are used or held for use therefor, including multiple-purpose properties in the proportion that multiple-purpose costs are allocated to power, (hereinafter sometimes called “power properties”).
Power Program. The purpose of the power program is to ensure affordable electricity for eligible On-Project and Off-Project irrigators to maintain sustainable agricultural communities. The program includes a number of actions that are designed to achieve a delivered power cost target level at or below the average cost of similarly situated Reclamation irrigation and drainage projects in the surrounding area. The program includes an interim power program, access to federal power, and a long-term program to implement energy efficiency and new renewable resource generation. The program also delivers affordable power for moving water to the National Wildlife Refuges and the return of water to the Klamath River as part of the implementation of the On-Project plan.
