Power Generation Factor ('PGF shall be equal to the sum of the Actual kWh and the FM kWh divided by the product of the applicable DMNC (as determined by the most recent ConEd test) and the total number of hours in the Project Year. The Power Generation Factor shall be expressed as a decimal, rounded to the nearest one-thousandth.
