Definition of Power Block NOx Emission Rate

  1. Power Block NOx Emission Rate means, with respect to each combustion turbine and heat recovery steam generator stack at each Power Block, the emission rate of NOx (in lbs./hour and in ppmvd, corrected to 15% O2) for such combustion turbine and heat recovery steam generator stack, determined pursuant to a Power Block Performance Test with respect to such combustion turbine and heat recovery steam generator stack at such Power Block.
