Definition of Power Block Heat Rate

  1. Power Block Heat Rate means, with respect to each Power Block, the net heat rate (in Btu/kWh - HHV) of the electric generating units of such Power Block in the 2 x 1 combined-cycle mode at such Power Block's full-load operating capabilities without duct firing, adjusted to Reference Conditions, determined pursuant to a Power Block Performance Test.
