Definition of Power and Energy Supply Contract

  1. Power and Energy Supply Contract means the City's July 1, 1999 through December 31, 2002 "Firm Partial Requirements Electric Power and Energy Contract" with the Grand River Dam Authority, as amended on April 9, 2002 to extend the term through December 31, 2007, attached hereto as Exhibit 2, or any subsequent Power and Energy Supply Contracts executed by the City to serve the Facility.
