Potential Shippers definition

Potential Shippers has the meaning set forth in the definition of Economic Criteria. "Pre-Formation Development Costs" means, with respect to Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Member, $2,488,066.01, and with respect to Sempra Member, $433,473, which represent the respective costs incurred by such Members and their Affiliates in connection with the development or construction of the Project on or after August 12, 2005 but prior to December 16, 2005.
