Potential Products definition

Potential Products means (i) physical electric energy or capacity, including renewable energy; (ii) physical natural gas; (iii) financial derivative products related thereto; or (iv) other products as specifically referenced in the Participant Instructions or other instructional document for the respective Solicitation.

  • Novartis and Tanox wish to amend and restate the Original D&L Agreement as set forth herein such that, with effect from the date hereof, this Agreement (a) applies only to Potential Products (as defined herein) and (b) represents: (i) all aspects of the Original D&L Agreement, as the same shall be amended herein, related to such Potential Products; and (ii) Section 3 of the Supplemental Agreement.

Potential Products means each and every potential product or product within any of the Categories, as determined from time to time, excluding Deleted Products.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.
