Envelope is a portion of the Estimated Provincial Subsidy that is designated for a specific use. There are four Envelopes in the Estimated Provincial Subsidy as follows:
Addressee means a person who is intended by the originator to receive the electronic record but does not include any intermediary;
Courier means any armed person who transports or offers to transport from one place to another
Verified mail means any method of mailing that is offered by the
Return envelope means the envelope, described in Subsection 20A-3a-202(4), provided to a voter with a manual ballot:
Postal service means the United States postal service.
mailed “notify” or “sent” with respect to any notice to be given to a Securityholder pursuant to this Indenture, shall mean notice (x) given to the Depositary (or its designee) pursuant to the standing instructions from the Depositary or its designee, including by electronic mail in accordance with accepted practices or procedures at the Depositary (in the case of a Global Security) or (y) mailed to such Securityholder by first class mail, postage prepaid, at its address as it appears on the Security Register (in the case of a definitive Security). Notice so “given” shall be deemed to include any notice to be “mailed” or “delivered,” as applicable, under this Indenture.
Fax means the making of a facsimile copy of a document by the transmission of electronic signals;
Telefacsimile means a system of transmitting and reproducing fixed graphic material (as, for example, printing) by means of signals transmitted over telephone lines or over the Internet.
Transmission means transmission by operation of law, devolution on the personal representative of a deceased person and any other mode of transfer, not being assignment;
Email has the meaning given in Clause 29.1;
Prepaid means Payments or Deposits paid by You to a Travel Supplier for Travel Arrangements for Your Trip prior to Your actual or Scheduled Departure Date. Payments or Deposits for shore excursions, theater, concert or event tickets or fees, or sightseeing, if such arrangements are made during Your Trip and are to be used prior to the Scheduled Return Date of Your Trip, are not considered Prepaid as defined herein.
E-Mail shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.
Sender is a person or business entity that sends a Payment Instruction through the Zelle and Other Payment Services.
48 hours means 2 consecutive periods of 24 hours.
Business reply mail envelope means an envelope that may be mailed free of
postal services means services consisting of the clearance, sorting, routing and delivery of postal items. This shall include both services falling within as well as services falling outside the scope of the universal service set up in conformity with Directive 97/67/EC;
Notice of Tender means, in connection with an Optional Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent, indicating an intention to tender VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.
Enclosed means closed in by a roof and four walls with appropriate openings for ingress and egress.
postal ballot means voting by post or through any electronic mode;
Mail means first-class letters and flats delivered via the United States Postal Service, including priority, express, and certified mail, and excluding packages, parcels, periodicals, and catalogues, unless they are clearly identifiable as pharmaceuticals or clearly indicate that they are sent by a state or county government agency.

Business Day means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, any day which is a federal legal holiday in the United States or any day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.
