Postal Day definition
Postal Day means U.S. Postal Service workdays. Where this Schedule B provides for the addition or subtraction of a Postal Day(s), the result will mean the same time of day as the time of an event on the original Postal Day (i.e., if the completion time for a Print and Insertion Job is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Monday and is extended by one (1) Postal Day, the resulting completion time is 3:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, provided that both Monday and Tuesday are Postal Days).
Examples of Postal Day in a sentence
If a notice is delivered by registered mail it shall be deemed to be received on the third Postal Day following posting.
