Post-Termination Vesting Period means the one-year period beginning on the Termination Date.

For purposes of this Post-Termination Vesting Period, vesting shall be on a monthly-vesting equivalent basis.
In the event that Executive's employment hereunder is terminated by the Company prior to the expiration of the Term for any reason other than as provided in Sections 4.2, 4.3 or 4.4 of this Agreement all unvested options that would have vested during the shorter of (a) the subsequent six months or (b) the remainder of the term (the "Post-Termination Vesting Period") shall immediately become vested.
