Post-Termination Non-Interference Period definition

Post-Termination Non-Interference Period means the period commencing on the date of the termination of the Employment Period for any reason and ending on the twelve (12) month anniversary of such date of termination.
Post-Termination Non-Interference Period means the period commencing on the date of the termination of the Employee’s employment with the Company for any reason and ending on the twenty-four (24) month anniversary of such date of termination.
