Definition of Post-Signature Patent Rights

  1. Post-Signature Patent Rights means Patent Rights that are reasonably necessary for performance under this Agreement and that a Party acquires ownership or Control of at any time during the term of this Agreement and the Prior Alliance Agreement as a result of activities by the Party outside the Alliance Program. 1.72
