Post-Retirement Medical Plan definition

Post-Retirement Medical Plan means the XxXxxxxx’x Corporation Post-Retirement Medical Plan or any other similar plan or program hereinafter sponsored by the Company or a subsidiary thereof.
Post-Retirement Medical Plan means the Helmerich & Xxxxx, Inc. Post Retirement Medical Plan.
