Definition of Post-Marketing Fees

  1. Post-Marketing Fees means, fees payable by Compugen to the Investor, constituting ten percent (10%) of all cash consideration received by Compugen from third parties with respect to the marketing of a Designated Product Candidate on a country by country basis until December 31, 2030, minus Pass-Through Amounts.
