Post-Effective Date Creditors’ Committee definition

Post-Effective Date Creditors’ Committee means the committee of persons appointed as of the Effective Date to advise and instruct the Liquidating Trustee in the performance of the Liquidating Trustee’s duties and obligations under the Plan with respect to the liquidation of Assets for the benefit of the Holders of Allowed Claims in Class 3 of the Plan.
Post-Effective Date Creditors’ Committee means the committee established pursuant to Section 12.1 hereof.
