Definition of Post Distribution Period Calendar Year

  1. Post Distribution Period Calendar Year means (i) the period from the fifth anniversary of the Effective Time until December 31, 2010 and (ii) thereafter, each calendar year ending December 31; provided that if the Company is terminated prior to December 31 in any calendar year, the last calendar year shall be the period from January 1 of the year in which the Company is terminated until the date on which the Company is terminated.
