Post Deferred Compensation Plan definition

Post Deferred Compensation Plan means the nonqualified deferred compensation plans established on or prior to the Distribution Date in accordance with Section 4.02 and with terms similar to the Ralcorp Deferred Compensation Plan (including both the Ralcorp Deferred Compensation Plan for Key Employees and the Ralcorp Deferred Compensation Plan for Non-Management Directors, as applicable and as the context requires).
