Definition of Post-Confirmation Service List


Post-Confirmation Service List means the list of those parties who have notified the Distribution Trustee or the Reorganized Debtor in writing, at or following the Effective Date, of their desire to receive notice of all pleadings filed by the Distribution Trustee or the Reorganized Debtor and have provided an address to which such notices shall be sent. The Notice of Effective Date shall include notice that all parties seeking service of pleadings post-Effective Date need to make such request in writing to the Distribution Trustee, even if they previously filed a request for service under Bankruptcy Rule 2002

Examples of Post-Confirmation Service List in a sentence

All Professionals shall file and serve on the Post-Confirmation Service List an application for final allowance of any Professional Fee Claim no later than the Professional Fee Claim Bar Date.
The Debtor or Reorganized Debtor shall file the Post-Confirmation Service List with the Bankruptcy Court and amend the Post-Service Confirmation List from time to time.
Subject to section 1112 of the Bankruptcy Code, should an event of default occur by the Reorganized Debtor or any other Person, at least one (1) party-in-interest must provide written notice of the default to the defaulting party and serve copies of the notice to all parties identified in the Post-Confirmation Service List.
Entities not on the Post-Confirmation Service List shall not receive notices or other documents required to be served under the Plan after the Confirmation Date.
Subject to Bankruptcy Code SS 1112, should an event of default occur by the Liquidation Trustee or any other Entity, at least one party-in-interest must provide written notice of the default to the alleged defaulting party and serve copies of the notice to all parties identified in the Post-Confirmation Service List.
