Post-Completion Test definition

Post-Completion Test means the test of production and/or use of the Project carried out by the Employer, or by the Contractor under the organization and leading of the Employer, according to this contract, after the Employers accepts the Project.

  • Performance Tests means the tests to be conducted on the equipment at site for checking the performance parameters of the equipment as defined in Technical Specification.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.
