Post-Closing Tax Representation definition

Post-Closing Tax Representation means the representations and warranties set forth in Xxxxxxx 0.00(x), (x), (x), (x), (x), (x), (x) and (o).
Post-Closing Tax Representation means the representations and warranties set forth in Section 2.17(c) , (d) , (e) , (h) , (i) , (k) , (n) and (o) .
