Definition of Post-Closing Fee Budget

  1. Post-Closing Fee Budget means the budget containing a good faith estimate of all fees and expenses of professionals retained by the Committee and the Debtors for the period beginning on the Closing through the closing of the Bankruptcy Cases, which budget shall be agreed upon by the Debtors, ABC and the Committee prior to the Closing.
