Unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent, the Administrative Agent shall have received each item set forth on Schedule 8.21 (Post Closing Deliveries) on or before the date set forth opposite such item on such Schedule (or such later date as may be agreed by the Administrative Agent), each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and with sufficient copies for each Lender.
